Love and stress and vintage ladies with rakes.

Yeah, I already posted today, but hey. This isn't facebook, I can do whatever I want with my blog.

Matt forced Mom to rest this afternoon, but she still got away with folding a basket of laundry. The woman obviously didn't feel comfortable with my brother doing it, and honestly, I understand. His folding skills are simply sloppy.

Soooo, rant first: I. am. so. ready. to. pass. out. and. sleep. 'till. Tuesday. Tuesday as in March 13th. I would give almost anything to go upstairs and read my precious book (The Hunger Games), but alas...I still have an essay presentation to write and a study guide to regurgitate. Plus, I'm getting up at 5:30 tomorrow, so, I think Katniss and Peeta will have to wait. Also, Dad is installing a window right behind me and being very loud...I think it's time to whip out the nutella...

Despite my current scenario, I have had quite a good day, which has been touched ever so lightly by so many people who I owe so much to. Without these people my day surely would have been a disaster.

We got a call from my seminary teacher this morning and she insisted on bringing us dinner this evening. She didn't even know we're sick! The Lord works in mysterious ways...A major burden was lifted off our shoulders and I am so grateful.

Pretty much the sweetest lady EVER invited me to come to her house every Thursday to study Mormon Church History, which is totally her expertise and my passion. She lives in my neighborhood and I ride my bike over to her house. I absolutely love it. I was able to excape for a little while today and go into a world of Nauvoo, IL, bonnets, bread making, and fiddle duets. It was absolutely magical, and I cannot wait till next week. Totally brightened my day.

About an hour ago, my stress level was through the freaking roof. Sam was screaming and I was staring a picture of a woman from the 1940's holding a rake, and staring creepily into the distance that I was supposed to write an under 50-word caption for... And then AJ, my friend from school who I adore, told me she left me a note in biology today. She's a semester ahead of me in bio, and all of her class periods are recorded and I will get to watch them next semester. There's a chatbox in the online classrooms and she chatted something especially for me. It's cool, because I won't see it until Summer semester, so it's like a secret message from the past to someone who will read it in the future... I love Williamsburg. I love AJ. :)

Oh, look. My essay's calling me.
